Support for Where You Are Now
Maybe you’ve been taking care of everyone else for a long time,
and your own needs have fallen to the bottom of the list.

Or you’re in a season of change
(health shifts, caregiving, retirement, or an unexpected transition)
and you want support that feels practical and realistic.
Integrative wellness coaching is forward-looking, practical, and evidence-based. We focus on small, doable shifts that build momentum and meaningful change over time, to increase your overall sense of well-being.

What We Work On

We start with what matters most right now, then build a plan that fits your real life and that you can confidently maintain.
Together we will:
  • Clarify your goals and what’s getting in the way
  • Translate healthcare recommendations into practical next steps
  • Choose a few realistic priorities to focus on
  • Build simple routines that fit your day-to-day life
  • Practice tools for self-regulation and stress management
  • Create a follow-through plan between sessions
Common Areas of Focus:
  • Supportive routines for sleep, movement, nutrition, and daily structure
  • Stress management, self-regulation, and tools for worry or unhelpful thought patterns
  • Building consistency and follow-through with realistic habits
  • Strengthening connection, support, and sense of purpose in daily life

How Coaching Works

Coaching is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. It provides you with a supportive space to pause, take stock, and map your next steps. Here’s what to expect from the process:
  1. Free consultation: This is the first step. We’ll talk through what you’re navigating, what you'd like support with, and whether coaching feels like a good fit for you. This free consultation is held virtually.
  2. First session: In session one, we’ll explore your goals and the roadblocks that have been getting in the way, then choose a realistic starting point. Sessions can be held virtually or in person at my office in Wenham, MA.
  3. Follow-up sessions: We'll set small micro-goals for you to try between sessions, along with simple practices for your daily routine. We’ll talk through what you noticed, adjust as needed, and build on what’s working so progress feels doable and sustainable.

Frequently Asked Questions

is wellness coaching THE SAME AS therapy?
No. Wellness coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is focused on the present and future, helping you clarify goals, build supportive routines, and follow through on meaningful changes.

If you’re working with a therapist, coaching can complement that work. If you feel you may need mental health support, I can help you identify appropriate resources.
is wellness coaching a diet or exercise program?
No. I am not a registered dietitian, nutritionist, or personal trainer. Coaching may include support with routines related to eating, movement, sleep, and stress management, but it is not a prescriptive diet or fitness plan. I may share evidence-based resources from nationally recognized authorities when relevant.
Do you accept insurance?
No, sessions are private pay. You will receive a receipt of payment if you’d like to submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed and I am not able to communicate with insurance providers on your behalf.
What happens during the free COnsultation?
A free consultation is a short call to learn a bit about what you’re navigating, what you’d like to work on, and discuss if coaching would be a good fit for you. You’ll have time to ask questions, and I will recommend the best next step (a package or ongoing support).
How often do we meet?
Most clients meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on goals, schedule, and support needs. We’ll decide together what cadence makes the most sense.
DO i need to be "ready" or have clear goals before starting?
Not at all. Many clients begin coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. Part of the work is clarifying your goals and choosing a few realistic priorities to focus on first.
Where do sessions take place?
Free consultations are held virtually. Coaching sessions can be held virtually or in person at my office in Wenham, MA. We’ll confirm what works best during your consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session to avoid being charged the full session fee. There are no refunds for individual sessions or packages. Package session credits do not expire.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee/sliding scale slots. Please inquire if needed.
